As a AVS Digital Project Manager you will play a key role managing Alcon Digital integrations with AVS (Alcon Vision Suite) products. Representing best in class service as a liaison between Alcon customers, associates and partners. You will be the primary owner of the integration customer journey checklist, technical surveys and all project documentation. Each AVS Digital installation must provide the customer an outstanding customer experience. This role is remote based with occasional office work at Cornella de Llobregat, Barcelona. In this role, a typical day will include:

Ensuring customer readiness by following best practices set by Global PM Leader

Operational Readiness Design and customer workflow
-
Responsible for project ownership, risk management, change management, issue tracking and escalation, project status and documentation

Identify, evaluate and support opportunities to improve a variety of systems and initiatives critical to AVS Digital success
-
Managing day-to-day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, and/or the standard terms and conditions of the contract
-
Working closely with the Customer, Order Management Specialist, Manufacturing, and Field Teams (e.g., Install, Clinical Application Specialists, Sales) to remotely coordinate the delivery and integration process ensuring timely execution of assigned installation projects

Maintaining alignment between the project team and external resources
WE ARE SEEKING:

Bachelor's Degree or proven related experience
-
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
-
Fluency in English and Spanish (oral & written). Any other languages are highly appreciated.

Customer-centric person
-
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a track record of influencing internal and external stakeholders at various levels. Ability to explain complex concepts to senior leaders, product experts, and customers.

Prior experience working with Medical Device or Healthcare industry would be highly desirable, providing valuable insight into industry-specific dynamics and challenges.

Excellent project management and leadership skills.

PMP and/or Project Management Certification(s) is desirable
-
High-level understanding of cloud technology and the software industry
