We are looking for a Digital Programme Manager to lead the planning and delivery of key digital initiatives across Ooni, including our website redesign and broader digital roadmap.
You’ll work across Ecommerce, Marketing, Technology, Product, Data and Customer Experience to turn priorities into clear plans, keep delivery on track and ensure teams and partners are aligned around scope, timings, dependencies and outcomes.
This role will initially have a strong focus on the redesign of Ooni.com and the evolution of our digital customer experience as Ooni expands into new product categories and markets.
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from our office in Edinburgh, Scotland.
What you’ll do
- You’ll manage the end-to-end delivery plan for Ooni’s website redesign, coordinating activity across design, UX, development, content, ecommerce, technology and regional teams.
- You’ll maintain clear project plans, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks and decision logs, ensuring stakeholders have an accurate view of progress and issues.
- You’ll coordinate our external design and development partners, managing deliverables against agreed scope, timelines and commercial commitments.
- You’ll work closely with Ecommerce and regional teams to ensure the new site supports Ooni’s evolving multi-category proposition, international markets and customer journeys.
- You’ll coordinate testing, launch planning and cutover activity, ensuring changes are introduced with appropriate consideration for trading periods, campaigns and product launches.
- You’ll support the development and ongoing management of Ooni’s digital roadmap, translating business priorities into sequenced initiatives, dependencies and delivery plans.
- You’ll run discovery activity across digital initiatives, bringing together stakeholder requirements, customer needs, current capabilities and technical considerations.
- You’ll work with Finance and relevant teams to support business cases, documenting expected costs, benefits, resource requirements and measures of success.
- You’ll bring Ecommerce, Marketing, Product, Data, Customer Experience, Technology and regional teams together around shared project plans and priorities.
- You’ll help translate between commercial, customer and technical teams, ensuring requirements and trade-offs are clearly understood.
- You’ll identify delivery risks, dependencies and conflicting priorities early and work with the relevant teams to resolve them before they impact timelines.
- You’ll help establish consistent ways of working across digital projects, including project intake, prioritisation, governance, documentation and benefits tracking.
- You’ll use the most appropriate delivery approach for each initiative, drawing on agile, waterfall or hybrid methodologies where appropriate.
- You’ll identify opportunities to use AI, automation and digital tools to improve project delivery, team efficiency and customer experience.
- You’ll provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders on progress, decisions, risks and next steps.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience in digital project or programme management, ideally within ecommerce, digital product or consumer brands.
- Experience managing complex digital projects involving multiple teams, stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience delivering website redesigns, ecommerce projects, replatforms or other significant digital initiatives.
- A good understanding of modern ecommerce platforms and digital ecosystems, ideally including Shopify Plus or a comparable platform.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies and competing priorities.
- Experience working with external agencies, technology partners and internal development or product teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bring different teams together around a clear plan.
- A commercially minded approach, with an understanding of how digital initiatives contribute to customer experience, conversion, revenue and operational performance.
- Familiarity with agile, waterfall and hybrid project management approaches, with the judgement to apply them pragmatically.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, structure problems and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within an international or multi-market ecommerce environment would be advantageous.
- Exposure to UX, CRO, analytics, CRM, digital product or customer experience would be beneficial.
- Experience with AI or automation tools within digital delivery would be advantageous.
- Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or Scrum certification are useful but not essential.

Ooni Pizza Ovens Insights
What We Do
Why we do what we do? Because everyone deserves great pizza, that’s why. It’s a simple idea, but a noble cause that’s behind everything we do at Ooni. We’re working our wee socks off and won’t rest until there’s an Ooni pizza oven in the backyard of every person everywhere. What we do: We design, make and sell AMAZING pizza ovens. They’re so AMAZING that lower-case adjectives just don’t do them justice. Right now, we sell our pizza ovens all over the world. Hot and fast is how you cook truly great pizza, and- all of our models get hot as hell (that’s 932°F/500°C last time we checked) and cook incredible pizza in only 60 seconds. Before Ooni, if you wanted pizza that good, you had to go to a restaurant or spend thousands on a traditional pizza oven. Not anymore, friends. Work with us: We have a 300-plus-strong multi-national team who are busy designing, selling, branding, internet-ing, events-ing, supporting, marketing, welding, shipping, financing, photographing and dancing (probably) to make magic happen. Ooni is a beautiful machine that grows and learns every day, and it’s really freaking amazing to be a part of it all.
Why Work With Us
Our Impact: We care about building a business for good and paying it forward, too. We’re a kind business filled with kind people. We donate 1% of every sale to carefully chosen social and environmental causes, and we’re a member of 1% for the Planet, who can totally vouch for us.
