Job Summary & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Product Specialist – Customer Acquisition who will help grow our customer base through innovative acquisition strategies. You will play a key role in defining, developing, and launching new features, driving business initiatives, and maximizing their impact. You will collaborate with various teams, conduct user research and oversee the product lifecycle to ensure high-quality, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions that improve our customer acquisition.


Responsibilities

· Possess in-depth knowledge of the technology stack needed for funnel optimization.

· Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and campaign data to identify opportunities for growth and product improvement.

· Translate complex technical features or constraints into clear explanations for internal stakeholders.

· Recommend and own optimizations to landing pages, sign-up flows, product trials, and other acquisition touch-points to improve conversion and reduce friction.

· Partner with Marketing, Product, and Franchise teams to align strategies, roadmap, metrics, and execution. Regularly update team on product performance including challenges and successes using key performance indicators.

· Define, monitor and optimize key acquisition/activation KPI’s and report on those. Ensure proper analytics are set up to enable data-driven decisions.

· Develop and execute A/B tests, user-flow experiments, and other conversion-rate-optimization strategies.

· Collaborate with website and development team on initiatives.

· Stay up-to-date on digital acquisition best practices, industry trends, tools, and platforms to help bring innovation to website strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

· Must have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or product management.

· Expertise in funnel optimization for lead generation and membership sign-ups.

· Skilled in analyzing data from GA4, GTM, LookerStudio, and attribution modeling to track performance.

· Ability to collaborate with internal team and improve landing page usability, clarity, and conversion outcomes.

· Familiarity with Hubspot and other CRM’s for lead routing.

· Knowledge of data validation tools (ZeroBounce).

· Ability to analyze acquisition flows and identify optimization opportunities.

· Comfortable building dashboards that show KPI's.

· Strong understanding of business strategy and how to align product initiatives to drive success. Curiosity to explore and uncover areas of opportunity.

· Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, translating technical findings into business insights.

· Must have a data-driven mindset, always seeking why users convert or drop off.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving digital priorities.

· Must pay attention to detail, noticing small errors.

· Problem solving approaches challenges with structured analysis and actionable recommendations.
