About the department:
The Digital Product Management - GOE team develops and manages Franklin Templeton's proprietary Goals Optimization Engine, a patented business-to-business-to-consumer wealth management platform used across global markets. The team combines expertise in product management, investment solutions, research, technology, and client delivery to create innovative digital wealth experiences. Team members work closely with investment, engineering, sales, compliance, legal, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve client outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to core digital wealth products, support new product capabilities, and work on emerging technology initiatives within a regulated financial services environment.
Product Management - Digital Investment Solutions, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, and Emerging Technology Capabilities:
You will analyze business needs across advisory, retirement, and private wealth segments.
You will support product lifecycle activities from discovery and requirements definition through launch and adoption.
You will conduct user, stakeholder, and market research to identify opportunities and define product priorities.
You will translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and development priorities.
You will partner with engineering, design, data, and investment teams to deliver scalable product enhancements.
You will evaluate opportunities involving emerging financial technologies, including digital assets, tokenization, blockchain-enabled workflows, and related client experiences.
You will support go-to-market planning, internal enablement, and adoption activities across channels and regions.
Deployments, Risk Management, and Documentation:
You will coordinate client and partner deployment activities, including readiness planning, training, and post-launch feedback.
You will collaborate with investment teams on portfolio solutions and digital investment experiences.
You will work with legal, compliance, risk, and operations teams to assess product considerations in regulated markets.
You will maintain product documentation, release notes, requirements, and implementation materials.
You will support testing, user acceptance, and release readiness for product enhancements.

Experience, Education & Certifications:
MBA and STEM undergraduate degree from a leading institution.
CFA, CAIA, FRM, CQF or other relevant advanced credential preferred.
4-6 years of product management, product strategy, business analysis, or technology delivery experience.
Experience in fintech, wealthtech, asset management, digital banking, payments, or technology-driven organizations.
Exposure to blockchain, tokenization, digital assets, wallets, smart contracts, or Web3 product concepts through prior product, strategy, research, or delivery work.
Experience helping define and launch new product capabilities, MVPs, or digital client experiences.
Technical Skills:
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, product analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience writing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release documentation.
Advanced proficiency using AI tools to materially improve product discovery, market and competitive research, requirements development, data analysis, prototyping, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Demonstrated ability to identify and shape AI-enabled product opportunities, including defining use cases, success metrics, user workflows, risk considerations, and implementation tradeoffs.
Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Knowledge of analytics, business intelligence, and visualization tools.
Working understanding of platform products, APIs, data flows, and technology delivery tradeoffs.
