Digital Product Manager – AI, Digital & Enterprise Platforms

We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise digital products, platforms, and highly scalable shared services within a complex government or enterprise environment.

The role will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, business value, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement, while leveraging modern technologies including Cloud, SaaS, Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), automation, analytics, and data-driven product management.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with senior stakeholders, technology and business teams, and cross-functional delivery teams, with the ability to translate business and user requirements into scalable, secure, and measurable digital products.

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, business case, roadmap, and value realization aligned with organizational and government strategic priorities.
• Translate business requirements, user needs, policies, and regulatory requirements into scalable product capabilities and prioritized roadmaps.
• Manage the end-to-end digital product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through development, delivery, launch, adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Apply modern Product Management, Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevSecOps, Continuous Discovery, and Continuous Delivery practices.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs based on customer insights, product analytics, business value, user needs, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data, Legal, Procurement, UI/UX, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, integrated digital products.
• Drive cloud-native, API-first, secure-by-design, reusable, and scalable platform capabilities aligned with cloud migration, data management, data sovereignty, cybersecurity, and government compliance requirements.
• Identify and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and analytics use cases into digital products.
• Define and support AI governance, responsible AI controls, AI use cases, ROI measurement, and adoption strategies.
• Contribute to AI-enabled product capabilities involving LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, automation, and MLOps.
• Lead digital transformation and modernization initiatives, including legacy platform assessment, rationalization, migration, and decommissioning.
• Manage vendors, budgets, risks, procurement activities, dependencies, and executive-level reporting to support successful product delivery.
• Drive product adoption, change management, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realization across government entities and enterprise stakeholders.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, XLAs, product adoption metrics, utilization, customer experience, and business value.
• Lead continuous product improvement through data-driven decision-making, experimentation, analytics, and customer feedback.
• Build, lead, and mentor high-performing cross-functional product teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
• Support innovation labs, co-creation initiatives, public-private partnerships, and emerging technology programs to validate and accelerate new digital solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technology/digital discipline.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in Digital Product Management, Product Ownership, or related product leadership roles.
• At least 3 years of experience leading enterprise-scale digital products, platforms, or government technology solutions.
• Proven experience delivering AI-enabled, cloud-based, SaaS, or enterprise digital products.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering, AI governance, and MLOps concepts.
• Strong knowledge of modern Product Management, Agile, Scrum, Lean, OKRs, Design Thinking, Product Analytics, experimentation, and continuous delivery.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, APIs, SaaS platforms, cybersecurity, data platforms, and enterprise integration.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior/executive stakeholders in complex enterprise or government environments.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, platform modernization, legacy rationalization, and technology adoption.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, risks, procurement, dependencies, and executive reporting.

• Fluent Arabic language skills are mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory, including professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior executives, government stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Relevant certifications in Product Management, Product Ownership, Agile, Scrum, Project Management, Digital Transformation, Cloud, or AI are preferred.
