About the Role
The Associate Development Program is a paid 12-month full-time (temporary) experience designed for early-career individuals or those beginning their professional careers. A bachelor’s degree, relevant certification, or a combination of related education and experience aligned with the responsibilities of the role is required. Relevant coursework, training, or equivalent experience is valued. The format allows for structured professional development and hands-on learning.
The Digital Product Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the efforts of the Digital Media team at the Chicago Bears. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter. This associate program offers a unique opportunity to collaborate on a wide range of projects spanning website design and management, app design, email coding and design, and digital advertising management. This position would work primarily at the team’s headquarters in Lake Forest, IL plus at Soldier Field for home gamedays, with the ability for some remote work.

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily maintenance tasks for web and app properties in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Support the trafficking of advertising across the Bears’ digital platforms.
- Assist in development of forms and managing user data.
- Assist in the creation of personalized and dynamic in-app experiences.
- Design, code, and send weekly email newsletters to a large database of fans.
- Support Digital Media game day efforts from gamification, ticketing messaging and photo editing.
- Participate in quality assurance testing to ensure smooth functionality and user experience.
- Assist in monitoring basic analytics data to gain insights into user behavior.
- Provide weekly share outs with metrics and feedback on digital properties from an end-user perspective.
- Support the execution of vision and strategy under the guidance of club leadership.
- Help with market research initiatives to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Stay informed about basic digital marketing trends and tools.
- Support each member of the Digital Media team with daily tasks as it relates to transcribing, meeting notes and creative ideation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in front-end developing (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of Google Ad Manager is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics is a plus.
- Sports industry experience preferred but not required.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of website, app, and email marketing best practices.
- Working knowledge of content management systems.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Photoshop and Illustrator preferred; additional experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed.
- Reliable transportation is required for this role.

COMPETITIVE INDUSTRY PAY
The Digital Product Associate is a full-time temporary position. This position is an HOURLY role. The expected hourly rate for this role is $22 per hour. Please note, due to job function, regular overtime (paid as time-and-a-half) is expected.
