We are seeking a data-driven, customer-focused Digital Product Analyst to support the strategy, performance, administration, and ongoing optimization of consumer and small-business digital products and services.

In this role, you will serve as an internal subject-matter expert and day-to-day point of contact for assigned digital products. You will help turn customer insights, performance data, and market trends into product improvements that strengthen adoption, functionality, profitability, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support the Director in managing assigned digital banking products and services.

  • Gather data, document requirements, and coordinate stakeholder input to support product roadmaps and strategic priorities.

  • Monitor product usage, adoption, customer engagement, service performance, and key performance indicators.

  • Analyze customer behavior and product performance to identify opportunities for stronger digital adoption and utilization.

  • Research digital banking trends, competitive offerings, and fintech solutions.

  • Recommend product enhancements, upgrades, replacements, or retirement based on analysis and customer needs.

  • Participate in implementations, upgrades, conversions, and major product enhancements.

  • Develop business requirements, process flows, testing plans, and implementation documentation.

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and help verify products meet business requirements before launch.

  • Partner with vendors on product enhancements, escalations, service issues, and upcoming functionality.

  • Support escalated product-related questions from team members and customers.

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent banking experience may be considered.

  • Experience working with digital products, technology platforms, or customer-facing applications.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three to five or more years of experience in banking, financial services, digital banking, product management, business analysis, or a related field.

Schedule:

This is a full-time, exempt position based onsite at our Bixby, Oklahoma main office, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours established by the manager based on business needs. Regular in-person attendance at the Bixby location is required. Additional evening or weekend hours may occasionally be necessary to support business operations.
