Job Summary:
The Digital Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and supporting digital operations to drive efficiency, enhance client experience, and support organizational growth. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify operational opportunities, implement process improvements, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Analyze and document digital operational processes and workflows; collaborate with product, technology, risk, and operations teams to optimize digital operations; monitor and report on key performance indicators for digital initiatives; identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership; support digital transformation and innovation projects; contribute to special projects and process improvements; build relationships with internal stakeholders to drive strategic alignment.

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; 

Minimum Experience:  minimum of 10 years of experience in digital operations, business analysis, or related areas;

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives; excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital operations tools; experience with digital process optimization and implementation preferred. Professional office environment; prolonged periods of sitting and computer work; effective verbal and written communication required; minimal travel for meetings or training; collaborative, team-oriented setting; reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.

Skills Required
