Duties:
Under the supervision of the Vice President, Marketing & Engagement, support the overall objectives of Joni and Friends’ Marketing department. Perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Donation Pages
- Create and update donation pages as required for ministry initiatives and campaigns
- Track donations and improve donor experience
- Implement source codes to track donations attributed to a specific purpose or event
- Collaborate with Global Operations, Development, and Accounting to ensure accurate fund codes are attached to event and donation forms
- Event Registration and Fundraising Pages
- Coordinate content for online event pages, autoresponders, peer-to-peer fundraising, and registrations utilizing Classy, Asana, and WordPress
- Align best practices for event pages and layout to enhance user experience
- Provide reports on registration activity, and post-event summaries
- Resolve support tickets related to events
- Provide troubleshooting solutions for digital platforms
- Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor to support department and organizational needs
- Must possess a vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ and agree with the Joni and Friends statement of faith
- Desire to serve in a growing and dynamic Christian service ministry
- Proficient in Classy, or experience in similar nonprofit fundraising platforms, such as Blackbaud or Virtuous
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, WordPress, and Asana
- Strong customer service skills with an understanding of prioritizing user needs
- 2 years of experience online forms and surveys and web analytics
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Good interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to effectively organize and prioritize a wide range of daily tasks with varied deadlines are necessary
- Must be detail oriented, committed to accuracy, and team player who is flexible and able to work independently
- Must have a strong sense of confidentiality
- Strong general computer skills are necessary along with a competent, working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and the Internet
- Understanding of Christian ministry and specifically Joni and Friends is desirable
Compensation for this position is $23.00-$25.00 per hour. This is a temporary position, working 40 hours per week. This is a hybrid position, working in the Agoura Hills office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and remote Wednesday and Friday.
