Hybrid: Work physically at General Motors 3 times per week (TUE-THU)
Role
We are looking for a Digital Performance Analyst with a hybrid business + technical profile, capable of extracting and analyzing data, building dashboards, and managing results to optimize our performance funnel.
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, data analysis, and performance optimization, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Activities:
- Manage data collection, integration, and analysis processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions, creating dashboards and reports that clearly communicate insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including content, media, platform, product and sales to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Additional Description
Qualifications and Skills (Mandatory):
- Complete graduation, desirable in areas such as Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence or related.
- Fluent in English.
- Extract and manipulate data to generate reports and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track and analyze Salesforce CRM data to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including content, media, platform, product, and sales to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to understand critical business requirements and their technical implications on IT systems and interfaces.
- Experience with SQL and BI visualization tools (Power BI, or similar).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various seniority levels within the organization.

- Spanish communication skills.
- Adobe Analytics (or Google Analytics) knowledge.
- Salesforce knowledge.
- Solid experience in digital analytics, business intelligence, or a related field with a focus on performance optimization.
- Proven track record of leveraging data to drive marketing and business decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing and BI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
