The Digital Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of SP-Wind’s internal digital platforms—primarily Zoho One, Connecteam, and the company website. This role combines hands-on technical work with internal support and user training. The ideal candidate will take ownership of platform workflows, help automate internal processes, support user adoption, and ensure that digital tools are being used efficiently across all departments.

Platform Management
Serve as the main point of contact for all internal digital tools (Zoho One, Connecteam, company website CMS)
Ensure all systems are up-to-date, correctly configured, and supporting departmental needs
Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues within the platforms
Map out internal processes and automate them using Zoho apps (Zoho Flow, Creator, CRM, Forms, etc.)
Identify inefficiencies and propose digital solutions
Collaborate with team members to understand workflow needs and design automated processes
Train employees on how to use Zoho apps and Connecteam tools effectively
Create user guides, walkthroughs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Provide onboarding sessions for new hires on digital systems
Support the team in making content or layout changes via the website CMS
Coordinate with external providers if technical website issues arise
Ensure the site remains up-to-date and functional for both internal and external users
Work closely with Admin, Training, Statutory Inspections, and Finance teams to align system use
Support the digital needs of business development and HSE teams
Communicate regularly with the Director to provide updates and propose improvements
RequirementsKnowledge & Skills
Basic to intermediate experience with Zoho One applications (CRM, Forms, Books, Bigin, Flow, Creator, etc.)
Comfortable using or learning Connecteam and web CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar)
Understanding of workflow automation, logic building, and data tracking
Strong communication skills (for training and user support)
High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ability
Matric Certificate (Essential); Further studies in IT, Business Systems, or Digital Operations (Advantageous)
1–2 years experience in digital systems support, administration, or business operations (preferred)
Willingness to grow into more advanced integration and automation responsibilities
