You will help identify and exploit network vulnerabilities through detailed analysis and hands-on techniques that support critical national security objectives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct active and passive reconnaissance to identify network devices, services, and protocols.
- Map network topologies and infrastructure. Identify critical network assets and data repositories. Document network architecture and configurations.
- Identify and analyze network-based vulnerabilities, including software flaws, misconfigurations, and insecure protocols. Assess the risk and impact of identified vulnerabilities.
- Research and analyze exploit techniques for known vulnerabilities.
- Provide recommendations based on various exploitation frameworks and tools. Assist with the implementation of exploitation techniques.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Professional experience supporting a military and/or government cryptologic mission, including mission support as a military or government language or signals analyst as it relates to acquiring, identifying, processing, and reporting on electromagnetic emission
- Experience evaluating target opportunities using all-source data to understand and map target networks and assist in developing detailed exploitation and operations plans
- Experience analyzing SIGINT and cybersecurity data across multiple layers of the OSI network stack
- Prior experience working with the US Navy or US Cyber Command
- One of the following combinations of education and experience:
- High School diploma + 16 years of relevant experience
- Associate's degree + 14 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree + 12 years of relevant experience
- Master’s degree + 10 years of relevant experience
- PhD + 8 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Information Systems, Networking, or similar is preferred
Clearance Requirements:
- An active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and/or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
Salary range for the position is $160,000 - $305,000 per year. Specific compensation will be determined by several factors including experience, education, skills, and knowledge. We also offer medical/dental/vision benefits and 401k contribution.
