About the Role
Reporting to the Group Marketing and Communications Manager (GMCM), you will play a key role in enhancing patient and referrer engagement through innovative digital strategies and optimisation of digital platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and optimising digital media initiatives to increase patient and referrer engagement
  • Driving marketing synergies to strengthen brand visibility and share of voice across all markets
  • Supporting the GMCM in the creation and delivery of impactful digital communications
  • Collaborating with State Marketing teams to identify opportunities and execute marketing strategies aligned with corporate brand objectives
  • Managing and optimising SEO, Meta and Google AdWords campaigns
  • Continuously improving digital platform performance and social media engagement

About You
You’re a proactive and creative digital marketing professional who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering measurable results.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Approximately 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing (healthcare and radiology experience highly regarded)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
  • Experience in website management, graphic design, and digital content creation
  • Strong understanding of strategic marketing principles, including market segmentation and targeting
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including app development, Meta, Google AdWords, SEO, and social media
