As our new Digital Media Specialist, you’ll dive deep into the world of performance marketing, brand growth and online activations— blending data-driven insights with creative strategy to craft campaigns that connect. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that’s passionate about driving measurable impact, optimizing performance, and keeping LOOP’s clients ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape. 

With your hands-on capability, curiosity, and passion for digital marketing, you’ll help build, launch, and optimize campaigns across platforms — from Meta and TikTok to Google Ads and beyond. You’ll analyze audiences, identify success factors, and transform insights into strategies that fuel performance, growth, and creativity across every channel. 

• Communicate with Clarity: Support in the creation of client presentations and internal reports that translate complex data into compelling stories. 
• Shape Digital Strategies: Analyze brands, audiences, and success factors to develop targeted media strategies and thoughtful channel selections. 
• Drive Campaign Performance: Monitor key figures and KPIs, optimizing campaigns across platforms for maximum impact and efficiency. 
• Activate Across Channels: Support in the setup and management of digital campaigns, most important on Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads 
• Transform Data into Insights: Create and maintain performance reports that highlight key metrics and actionable learnings. 
• Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with cross-functional teams, combining analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to deliver strong outcomes. 
• Grow and Evolve: Bring enthusiasm, structure, and curiosity to your work — continuously expanding your digital marketing expertise and keeping up with emerging trends. 
• Convince with Confidence and Expertise: Use your fluency in German and English to collaborate effectively across teams, departments, and clients.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 35,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer.
