Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-energy, NYC-based Digital Media Planner & Ad Operations Associate to join our growing partnerships team in New York. This role will support sales and operations efforts by helping to develop media plans, manage advertising campaigns, and ensure successful delivery of brand partnerships across RealSelf’s platform. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and excited to learn the business of digital media within the aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Account Executives to build compelling media proposals, pitch materials and media plans for aesthetics and beauty brand partners.
  • Support inventory forecasting, pricing, and availability to ensure campaigns are accurately scoped and deliverable.
  • Lead Google Ad Manager for the brand and all partnership campaigns to ensure seamless campaign setup, trafficking, and optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide reporting and insights, and recommend optimizations to maximize client success.
  • Assist with RFP responses and renewal opportunities, ensuring client goals are met and exceeded.
  • Assist in the creation of pitch decks, case studies and capability decks for our brand partners. 
  • Stay current on aesthetics, beauty, and digital media industry trends to support brand strategy and sales initiatives.
  • Reports into the VP of Brand Partnerships. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital media, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ad serving platforms (Google Ad Manager etc.) a must.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • NYC-based (Hybrid).

Bonus Qualities:

  • Early employee or one of the first sales hires at a startup.
  • Agency experience in an entry level role.
  • Full-stack sales skills, including self-prospecting.
  • Background in beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare industries.
