As a Digital Marketplaces Intern at KARL LAGERFELD, you will gain valuable experience in the fast-paced world of fashion e-commerce. Working closely with the Marketplaces team, you will support end-to-end processes related to product data management, merchandising coordination, and digital product activation. You will play a key role in ensuring our product listings are optimized, visually aligned with our brand identity, and launched on time across all partner platforms. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Data, Content Management & Trade
- Collaborate with integrators and marketplace partners to identify product data and image-related errors; coordinate resolution with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches.
- Monitor product onboarding status across various marketplaces to facilitate weekly replenishments.
- Weekly update of internal trade presentation.
- Conduct post-season go-live and regular product detail page (PDP) checks to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to enhance or correct product content.
Product Imagery
- Assist in image production processes across external marketplace platforms.
- Support with image corrections and uploads to maintain high-quality product presentation.
Merchandising & Brand Presentation
- Maintain up-to-date digital brand environments, including the Zalando Brand Home.
- Own and coordinate cross-selling initiatives and support seasonal storytelling across platforms.
Partner and Customer Service
- Serve as a point of contact for marketplace partners regarding product information and order-related queries.
- Follow up on customer service requests from partners.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
The Profile:
- Studies in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, both internally and externally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus.
- Must be enrolled in University throughout the entire internship period.
