The Role

Are you a digital marketing leader who thrives on strategic thinking and can effectively lead a team while also jumping in as a producer when necessary? Join our Digital Marketing Team as the Digital Marketing Team Manager. In this role, you will create strategies, manage projects, lead people, and influence the direction of our products.

  • : Develop and implement scalable Google Ads and Facebook strategies for our clients. As we expand into new platforms, develop winning strategies that scale.
  • : Organize people and resources, keeping track of details and deadlines to ensure timely project completion.
  • : Effectively lead, manage, and hold accountable a team of four professionals.
  • : Stay informed about industry trends and contribute to future iterations of our products and strategies.

  • Work within the Digital Ads office alongside four other team members.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment, stepping into the role of a producer when necessary and leading by example.
  • Engage in regular communication and collaboration across departments, including launch, website, and media teams.

  • : 5+ years of experience in Google and Facebook Ads, with hands-on experience as a producer within these platforms.
  • : Previous experience managing people.
  • : Ability to analyze digital marketing data and trends to shape future strategies.
  • : Capable of solving problems with limited resources.
  • : Expertise in optimizing and utilizing Google Sheets for data management.
  • : A mindset focused on constantly improving core processes.

  • : Experience in an agency setting is highly preferred, but not required.
  • : Experience in the Multifamily industry is preferred, but not required.
  • : Experience with Monday.com or other project management software is preferred.
