About the Role: As our Digital Marketing Specialist onsite at our main office in downtown Farmington, you will be the heartbeat of our advertising and marketing efforts. The role’s responsibilities include:
- Managing social media channels and maintaining brand consistency
- Creating and coordinating digital marketing campaigns
- Managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and CTV advertising
- Supporting website monitoring, updates, and SEO/GEO strategies
- Creating engaging content for organic social and SEO/GEO marketing
- Researching target audiences and analyzing campaign performance
- Designing flyers, graphics, brochures, and other in-house marketing materials
- Collaborating with internal teams on product launches and promotions
Salary Range- $55,000 - $65,000
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:
- Individual that has the ability to work in person in Farmington - Not a remote position
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with emphasis on digital marketing.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A high-energy individual with a passion for creativity and community engagement.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO and analytics tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and creative skills
- Graphic design experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
