The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising and possess in-depth expertise in at least one platform (Google, Meta, or TikTok).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads to achieve performance goals (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
  • Conduct market research, audience targeting, and creative testing to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Assist in budget allocation and forecasting for paid media channels.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3–5 years in digital advertising with proven success in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of at least one platform (Google, Meta, or TikTok), including advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and analytics.
