In this role, you will be the engine behind our digital presence, responsible for optimizing our reach and ensuring our brand resonates with enterprise leaders in the Data and AI space.
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and digitally savvy Marketing Specialist who can elevate Koantek’s brand across web, content, and sales enablement. This role will manage our website updates, build and refine sales decks, and support digital marketing operations that power our GTM engine.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure our brand shows up consistently and powerfully across every channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Web & Digital Experience
- Own day-to-day updates to the company website (Webflow), ensuring accuracy, speed, and brand consistency.
- Manage landing pages, SEO metadata, blogs, and performance optimizations.
- Coordinate with design/engineering to improve UX, page performance, and conversion paths.
Sales Content & Deck Creation
- Build, update, and polish sales decks, one-pagers, and partner-ready presentations.
- Maintain and improve Koantek’s library of sales assets, ensuring consistency with brand and messaging.
- Partner with alliances and sales teams to support pitch materials for Databricks, cloud partners, and enterprise prospects
Campaign & Digital Operations
- Support SEO and Google Ads execution, including tracking, reporting, and optimization.
- Assist in managing email campaigns and automations through Salesforce Account Engagement(Pardot).
- Ensure all campaign assets, collateral, and templates are organized, version-controlled, and accessible.
Content & Creative Support
- Assist with creation of marketing assets (case studies, social graphics, webinar decks, event materials).
- Work with designers and vendors to ensure creative alignment and brand consistency.
- Support social publishing and digital content scheduling as needed.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key marketing KPIs across website, ads, email, and campaigns.
- Provide insights that guide future decisions and improve digital ROI.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations (B2B preferred).
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow), Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM tools.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides; ability to build polished, executive-ready decks.
- Solid understanding of marketing automation (Pardot preferred).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project-management skills.
- Eye for design and brand consistency.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with data/AI, cloud ecosystems, or the Databricks partner landscape.
- Understanding of B2B enterprise marketing motions and content workflows.
