We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and support the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives. This role requires a hands-on digital marketer with a strong understanding of website management, SEO, social media, and performance optimization. 

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital channels, ensuring strong inbound performance, and contributing to demand generation efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with business objectives. 

The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple digital platforms. You should have a strong understanding of digital trends, including evolving AI-driven search, and be able to translate insights into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and optimize the company website to ensure strong performance, user experience, and conversion rates 
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings 
  • Support and implement initiatives to enhance visibility in AI-driven and generative search environments 
  • Plan, create, and manage social media content and publishing across platforms 
  • Monitor and optimize digital campaigns and inbound funnels to drive engagement and lead generation 
  • Analyze website, SEO, and social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital content with product, brand, and campaign priorities 
  • Ensure consistency in digital presence, messaging, and brand voice across all channels 
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices 

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or similar roles 
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech environments is preferred 
  • Strong understanding of SEO, website optimization, and social media management 
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console) 
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic technical SEO principles 
  • Understanding of performance marketing and inbound marketing concepts 
  • Experience with AI-driven search and digital trends 
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines 
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach
