The Role

Wheely is not a traditional ride-hailing company. We are building a platform with user privacy at its core while successfully scaling a five-star service to millions of rides across multiple cities.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Wheely, you will drive initiatives across the entire customer journey, from awareness to retention, helping Wheely grow in existing markets and successfully enter new ones.

What you will be doing
  • Support growth strategy by launching acquisition, retention and engagement campaigns across internal (CRM-based email, push notification, in-app) and external (Google, LinkedIn, Meta and X) channels.
  • Work directly with marketing managers, product managers, designers and copywriters to deliver compelling and focused on user experience messages.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine audience targeting, messaging, and content strategy.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing as Marketing or CRM specialist.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in either CRM platforms or performance marketing instruments.
  • Outstanding written communication, with a talent for crafting impactful customer-centric messaging and positioning statements.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to pull your own numbers and conduct your own analysis.

  • This is an office-based role located in Hammersmith. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
