The Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing our marketing initiatives, creating compelling content, and driving demand generation to help us stand out in the industry. If you are passionate about delivering results-driven campaigns and managing successful events, we’d love to have you join our dynamic team in Denver, CO! 

Location: Downtown Denver, Colorado - 3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote (parking partially subsidized - $50 per paycheck/biweekly)

Salary: $70K-$75K

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Content creation: Develop and coordinate engaging content across multiple platforms (blogs, whitepapers, social media, website, email campaigns) to build brand awareness and generate leads. 

  • Campaign execution & project management: Collaborate with the marketing manager to execute the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, promotions, and events are delivered on schedule while coordinating with cross-functional teams. 

  • Event & Tradeshow Coordination: Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of company events, tradeshows, and webinars, working with internal and external partners to maximize brand exposure. 

  • Market research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights to inform marketing initiatives. 

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and marketing initiatives, providing insights to optimize strategies for future success. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation, demand generation, and event management. 

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns. 

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple priorities and meet deadlines. (e.g., Clickup, Trello, Monday) 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that drive engagement. 

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). 

  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and paid digital marketing strategies. 

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience managing marketing for events and tradeshows. 

  • Project management experience  

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). 

  • Experience in a B2B technology or SaaS company is a plus.
