The Role

Glooko seeks a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to play a key role in developing and executing Glooko's digital marketing strategy. This individual will create high-quality, engaging content across a variety of platforms and channels, including websites, social media, blogs and articles, email campaigns, webinars, banners and more. The ideal candidate has experience in both B2B and B2C environments and is passionate about using digital marketing to make a difference in people's lives while speaking to and addressing specific buyer and influencer personas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Strategy: Develop compelling content tailored for external stakeholders and multiple regions. Write and edit copy for websites, email campaigns, social media, and landing pages. Partner with internal teams and external agencies to manage corporate website, produce creative assets, including compelling visual and video content.
  • Thought Leadership and Brand Reputation: Craft thought leadership content, including articles and blogs that position the company as an industry innovator and trusted leader. Develop press releases and corporate announcements to communicate milestones and brand initiatives to global audiences.
  • Campaign and Channel Optimization: Design, implement, and manage automated marketing campaigns using the Salesforce Pardot platform, including building landing pages, forms, email sequences, and engagement studios, to nurture leads, track campaign performance, and optimize marketing efforts across the customer lifecycle. 
  • Account Based Marketing: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns focused on a select group of high-value accounts, collaborating closely with sales teams to identify key decision-makers within those accounts and deliver personalized messaging across multiple channels to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Performance Analysis and Insights: Work closely with analytics teams to measure the effectiveness of content across regions. Monitor trends and competitive landscapes to introduce innovative content approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Proven expertise in writing, editing, and producing high-quality content for diverse platforms and B2B and B2C audiences - healthcare experience preferred.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in SEO optimization and familiarity with analytic tools for performance tracking.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of global cultural and linguistic differences to effectively tailor messaging.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot and Braze. platform features and functionality.
