Job DescriptionIf you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to generate demand for our e-commerce business. You should be data oriented and have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
- Generate traffic and demand for our e-commerce business through effective growth strategies and various marketing channels.
- Plan and execute SEM, social media, display, and email marketing campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights in order to optimize marketing spend and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams optimize user experience based on experiments and conversion tests
- Analyze data to identify feasible growth opportunities and improve web and app conversion rates
- BS/MS degree in statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and a track record of driving growth
- Experience leading SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Proficiency in using online analytics and advertising tools (e.g., Google Adwords, Google Analytics Facebook Ad Manager)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
Skills Required
