The Opportunity
Delaware North is hiring for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our corporate team in Buffalo, New York. As a Digital Marking associate, you will be a brand advocate contributing to the social media strategies collaborating closely with partners across the organization to heighten awareness of our brand content and drive user engagement through social media channels.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will directly manage website and social content for several properties across the Delaware North Gaming business. You will collaborate with our Digital Marketing teams, with Property Marketing Managers and Marketing Executives to coordinate digital marketing efforts with property initiatives and broader marketing strategies.
Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $55341 - $66140 / year

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with business units to understand upcoming campaigns and promotions, and design social and web marketing content to support these campaigns.
- Work with business units to create social content calendars, evaluate social analytics, and assist with social advertising.
- Develop or edit the website content to ensure consistent content across various digital channels.
- Manage and execute all social content in enterprise solutions.
- Front-end CMS administration. Maintain CMS standards for all assigned websites. Responsible for work-flow and CSS changes, as needed.
- Support field website editors with content adjustments, technical issues, and training
- Liaison with Corporate IT, Unit IT, and technology partners as required to ensure digital marketing technology needs are meeting approval and compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, including website management, content creation, and social management platforms, Emplifi knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with CMS platforms, Sitecore & WordPress knowledge is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HTML & CSS
- Casino/Gaming/Sports Betting experience is a preferred.
- Understanding of SEO, and SEM is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- This position requires the ability to travel 5-10%
