The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of digital marketing efforts for the Chaco brand including social media channels, programs, and messages; support and enhance consumer events through digital means; and develop and maintain effective digital brand communication tools.

Primary Duties:

  • Executes the brand social content and social media strategies

  • Implements programs to grow fan base and further engage with fans, aligned with strategic calendar and goals

  • Executes digital campaign launches, shares plans and assets with brand partners

  • Creates social content that is brand building and drives significant revenue.

  • Keeps the pulse on innovative new social media platforms (e.g. the next snapchat, shopify, etc.) and provides recommendations that are in line with brand assets and messaging

  • Monitors competitor’s social media content/strategy and shares with broader Marketing team

  • Forges strong direct to platform relationships (e.g. strong rapport with Facebook rep)

  • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies

  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 1+ years of social media experience in a role that demonstrates passion and understanding for social media content/strategy

  • Strong appreciation for consumer insights and love for the Chaco brand

  • MS Outlook, Excel, Windows, and PowerPoint proficiency

  • Must be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Strong project management, time management, and attention to detail while simultaneously managing multiple projects.

Working Conditions:

Normal office environment.  Some travel may be required.

Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
