Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and implement digital marketing campaigns, lead nurturing and management processes, and social media campaigns on channels own by the company
  • Plan and implement SEO and SEA initiatives to drive the company's Digital Marketing and to support Sales Initiatives
  • Drive visibility of own consumer brands as well as products sold under brand licenses in the retail market
  • Plan and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns integrated in the company's digital tools & systems
  • Participate in corporate and marketing communications (print, online, trade shows, PR) across all business units and market segments
  • Initiate, design and implement marketing activities to promote sales
  • Interact and collaborate closely with sales and application engineering teams
  • In collaboration with sales and market segment teams, manage promotional campaigns, contracts and placements
  • Managing North American content for the global Product Information Management System (PIMS)
  • Management of external suppliers
  • Interacting with the Director of Marketing & Sales Excellence North America on a daily basis
  • Regular interaction with FFT headquarters in Germany and the Freudenberg NA Corporate Center
  • Assist with other sales, marketing and customer related projects as needed

Qualifications:

Education/Certification

  • BA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or equivalent preferred; or Associates degree

Knowledge / Experience

  • High affinity for social media channels and experience in the commercial use of these platforms
  • Preferably knowledge of using content management systems such as TYPO3
  • Experience working with commercial printers, graphic designers and advertising agencies
  • Experience in implementing SEO and SEA initiatives
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Preferably knowledge of graphic design software
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Creative initiative with a strong team orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects; ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work both as an individual and as a team member
