The Role

This is a remote position.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing, SEO & Brand Reputation Specialist to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, online authority, lead generation, and reputation management. This role will be responsible for developing and overseeing SEO strategies, content marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, backlink acquisition, online reputation management, public relations efforts, and performance reporting while collaborating with dedicated creative and technical team members.


Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend new marketing initiatives.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
  • Perform SEO audits and provide recommendations for technical improvements.
  • Monitor website performance and collaborate with the Web Developer on technical SEO implementation.
  • Track search rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance metrics.
Link Building & Authority Development
  • Develop and manage backlink acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct outreach to publishers, bloggers, industry websites, and media outlets.
  • Build relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.
  • Monitor backlink profiles and domain authority growth.
Content Marketing
  • Develop and manage content marketing strategies and editorial calendars.
  • Plan blog content, educational resources, landing page content, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Coordinate with content writers to ensure SEO optimization and brand consistency.
  • Review and approve content prior to publication.
Social Media Management
  • Develop social media strategies and content plans.
  • Manage company presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Schedule and oversee content publishing activities.
  • Monitor audience engagement and online conversations.
  • Analyze social media performance and recommend improvements.
Online Reputation Management
  • Monitor online reviews, brand mentions, social media discussions, and media coverage.
  • Develop strategies to improve brand sentiment and public perception.
  • Respond to reputation-related concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Implement review generation and testimonial acquisition initiatives.
Public Relations & Media Outreach
  • Develop media outreach strategies and press release campaigns.
  • Build relationships with journalists, bloggers, podcast hosts, and industry publications.
  • Secure interviews, guest articles, speaking opportunities, and media placements.
  • Support thought leadership and authority-building efforts.
Paid Advertising Oversight
  • Develop advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams or vendors on campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI.
  • Recommend optimization opportunities based on campaign data.
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
  • Develop email marketing strategies and customer nurture campaigns.
  • Create audience segmentation and engagement plans.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for open rates, engagement, and conversions.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs across SEO, social media, website traffic, advertising, and lead generation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze marketing data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Present results and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Team Coordination & Project Management
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Web Developers, Content Writers, and external vendors.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are completed on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide direction and feedback to creative and technical team members.

RequirementsRequired
  • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, backlink building, content marketing, reputation management, and digital strategy.
  • Experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Preferred
  • Experience in finance, investment, energy, legal, or regulated industries.
  • Experience managing remote teams and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of public relations and earned media outreach.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms and marketing automation tools.
