adQuadrant is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive mid-level Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns and projects across various digital channels. As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate closely with our creative, strategy, and client partner teams to manage timelines, allocate resources, and maintain clear communication with clients.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of several digital marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Maintain daily hot-sheets for various clients to ensure all team members are aligned on priorities and deliverables.
  • Project creative hours, anticipate risks, and adjust plans proactively to mitigate potential issues in both scope and bandwidth.
  • Participate in client calls to provide real-time feedback on timelines, project statuses, have a complete understanding of client needs, project feasibility in partnership with our client partner team, and take detailed notes on team follow-up items.
  • Collaborate closely with external vendors & partners to manage and execute creative projects for organic social campaigns - ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, project timelines, and strategic objectives while overseeing the delivery of high-quality creative assets.
  • Coordinate feedback, facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners, and ensure deliverables meet agreed- upon standards and deadlines.
  • Post approved organic content on behalf of our clients.


Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with our creative team & external partners to ensure that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations and brand standards.
  • Liaise between clients,internal teams, & vendors to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings and update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and outcomes.


Platform & Tool Utilization:

  • Utilize project management platform to manage workflows, track progress, and ensure project visibility across teams.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all project details and processes are easily accessible and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in project management, preferably within a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
  • Proven experience with project management platforms, with a strong preference for candidates with Asana experience.
  • Experience working with a creative team in a digital environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with affiliates and influencers.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and best practices for various platforms.
  • Familiarity with and some knowledge in social commerce.
  • A strong understanding of creative production processes.
  • Performance analysis experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear and concise updates to both clients and internal teams.
  • Proven experience managing organic social media campaigns, including content planning.
  • Familiarity with various agile methodologies, including Scrum, to enhance project efficiency.
  • Comfortable speaking with clients both via video chat and email.
  • Ability to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision.
  • Strong understanding of organic social media strategies, trends, and platform-specific best practice (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)

Compensation
: $65,000 - $85,000 (USD) per year


Location-Based Pay
:

  • Compensation is based on the candidate’s location within the United States.

Note: The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
