The Digital Marketing Officer assists the Digital Marketing Manager in developing, executing, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, engagement, lead generation, and business growth.This role is responsible for managing paid media campaigns, email marketing programs, CRM-driven marketing automation workflows, influencer marketing initiatives, and digital performance reporting across both B2B and B2C audiences.
1. Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
- Plan, create, launch, and optimize digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Draft, build, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys/workflows for both B2B and B2C audience segments.
- Manage audience segmentation, lead nurturing programs, and campaign personalization through CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Maintain and optimize CRM databases to ensure data quality, audience targeting accuracy, and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist with copywriting and content development for paid media ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns against established KPIs and business objectives.
- Generate regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure campaign alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Support influencer marketing initiatives, including influencer identification, outreach, campaign coordination, content review, performance tracking, and post-campaign reporting.
- Manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant advertising channels.
- Research and analyze competitor activities, digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Recommend improvements to website content, landing pages, digital customer journeys, and overall user experience.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and marketing contribution to business growth.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools to continuously improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.
2. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or performance marketing.
- Proven experience in planning and executing email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Brevo, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar systems.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising channels.
- Experience in influencer marketing, including influencer sourcing, campaign management, content coordination, performance tracking, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, lead nurturing, customer lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in digital marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or equivalent platforms.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, customer data management, and campaign performance measurement.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and website optimization principles is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
