Responsible for the Digital Customer Experience and Digital Customer Projects:
§Creating customer value by implementing new strategies and tools to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing innovation for our own store network and retailers with a key focus to target consumers
§Lead digital customer project (e.g: shelf merchandising and campaigns) for retail customers (retail.com), together with EMEA Customer Experience & Merchandising Team (unless market-role exists in Scaled Team already for this task)
§Staying updated on latest digital marketing trends and best practices to reach consumers digitally
2. Loyalty Experience Marketing:
§Create, implement & manage loyalty program based on desired marketing and business objectives
§Develop and execute targeted and automated programs using HubSpot (or others) and customer data.
§Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better engagement and conversion rates.
3. Social Media Management and Strategy:
§Create, execute, and develop social media strategies to meet business objectives. Manage and curate social media content across various social media platforms according to marketing and brand plans, while working closely with EMEA Customer Experience team
§Execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Display Networks based on yearly marketing and brand plans. Monitor, analyze, report on the effectiveness of the efforts according to media plan
4. Website Content Management:
§Create and manage websites and their content, ensuring it is SEO-optimized to enhance organic search visibility and website traffic. Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance.
5. Local Digital Marketing Excellence
§Be responsible for PIM & DAM enrichment implementation and maintenance, working together with marketing managers
§Client Link Marketing Cloud & PPG Marketing Platforms super user incl. execute newsletters, automated flows
Expectations:
•Degree in marketing, international business, or a related field, or equivalent proven professional experience.
•3+ years of working experience in content marketing, creating content to multiple digital channels (digital campaigns, web, SEO, email, social media, automated campaigns etc.), with a track record of successful, measurable multichannel content creation efforts.
•Experience in working with B2C/Consumer digital marketing, knowledge of content marketing principles
•Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research tools to optimize content for search engines.
•Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. CMS, CRM / marketing automation, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta, and various social media platforms and tools) and good understanding of digital channels (e.g. web, SEO/SEM, email, social media).
•Experience with Meta Business Tools, Google Analytics and Adwords, SEO-tools, HubSpot and content-creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
•Experience with analysis, performance tracking, and reporting to measure content performance.
