Job Overview: 

The NewRich Network is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast growing company.
Digital Marketing Managers at NewRich Network will be assigned multiple accounts (we work on multiple E-Commerce Projects Here) and work to improve campaign performance to achieve positive ROI. This person must be data-driven and use a combination of technology, problem-solving, and psychology to make online paid advertising profitable.

As a Digital Marketing Manager at NewRich Network, you’ll take ownership in tasks related to successfully managing our Digital Marketing Campaigns

Over time, you’ll get experience in all aspects of account management and — with proven performance — you’ll move into a more senior-level role. 

Your Tasks Will Include

  • Manage and execute digital marketing projects from start to finish 
  • Own and deliver effective campaign marketing for designated products and web properties in alignment with the requirements and acquisition strategy of the organization.
  • Develop marketing plans and strategies to support achievement of customer acquisition goals.
  • Managing keywords and site placements
  • Reviewing daily ad spend, revenue and campaign activities
  • Creating ad messaging for our Google Ads and PPC campaigns
  • Analyzing existing ads and making strategic recommendations for improvements
  • Managing monthly Google Ads and Meta ad budgets
  • Tracking and reporting on account performance daily, weekly and monthly, as needed
  • Identify opportunities and create strategic plans to improve web property visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute approved marketing plan activities including: collateral development and distribution; programmatic marketing; content marketing; webinars; social media; advertising and others.
  • Lead the development of effective, strategic messaging that resonates with prospective customers.
  • Perform market research as required for audience segmentation and identification of promotional channels.
  • Implement and continue refining our existing Marketing strategy for creating and promoting product funnels, and webinars- while delivering maximum value to end-users.
  • Measure effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust plans and tactics based upon collected metrics; Contribute to the creation of ROI reports.
  • Maintain project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution of programs with reporting and tracking of leads; consult and collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define requirements and expected results.
  • Lead the development of externally facing materials across the programs: presentations, collateral, success stories, website landing pages and other materials as required.

  • 5 years experience in a similar role as a digital marketing manager at an e-commerce or other tech company.
  • 3 years experience in running paid ad campaigns with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
  • 2 years experience using the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) or similar.
  • Have a passion for all things digital marketing related.
  • Have the ability to work independently and yet welcome oversight and feedback
  • Enjoy continual learning and are readily adaptable to change


Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Execute and manage campaigns across the Google and Meta ecosystems.
  • Analyze data, optimize campaign performance and determine the key success factors for creatives (images, videos, etc.) to drive higher revenue
  • Generate weekly reports and be able to explain each marketing decision and campaign results
  • Gather data and information on consumers, competitors, and market conditions

Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of managing social, display, and programmatic platforms (YouTube, Google Display Network, Yahoo Gemini, Meta etc.)
  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities.

Experience:

  • 5 years with media buying experience
  • $2,000+ per day spend experience on YouTube & Google Display Network
  • $1,000+ per day spend experience on Google Adwords (search)
  • Or If you have experience day-trading and are looking for a new opportunity to apply your skillset. 

This is a full-time position for an expert Google Display Network & YouTube Media Buyer in the eCommerce & Business Development space and will involve a base salary and a bonus based on performance set after 90-day probationary period.
