We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to increase digital engagement and a drive holistic digital strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for helping us hone our understanding of how our customer personas search for a wide array of brands, products and services and then reach those customers at key points in their digital journeys.
With an experimentation/fail-fast mindset you will work with our team to drive digital engagement; improve user experience; maximize conversion rates across our B2B domains; help prioritize and drive the execution of the web and content teams' tasks.
What You'll Do:
- Drive high quality conversions through corporate websites, paid and organic social, and SEA/SEO efforts
- Lead the modernization of legacy web pages. Work with designers and web developers to ideate and project manage creation of new web pages.
- Work collaboratively on all projects with global Marketing team members with content creators, web master and US-based SEO/SEA agency
- Own organic search strategy, manage tasks/work with our agency and advocate for the best SEO outcome across three B2B domains
- Monitor keyword position, set goals and work to optimize new content
- Monitor domain health with Google Search Console, working with the web master to mitigate or remedy issues
- Gain a strong understanding of customer needs, pain points, strategy, and products
- Maintain a global outlook for a highest quality web experience across regions
- Gather and analyze measurable analytics to identify ways to improve performance across all digital channels
- Coordinate new web requests with the web team
- Control the QA process
- Embed digital marketing understanding into the marketing organization
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
- Willing to work 100% ONSITE Monday-Friday
- A 4 year college degree is required
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required
- Proven experience on a corporate marketing team, with a specialty in digital marketing
- Planning, designing, organizing and executing digital initiatives
- Tools such as SEM Rush, BrowserStack, Hotjar
- Experience managing a search program: organizing SEO copy blocks, keyword research, back-linking and implementing new initiatives at speed and with care
- Experience working with a full range of marketing team members: marketing automation team (Pardot preferred); CRM team (Salesforce preferred); design teams; content creation teams
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of ad comfort with website analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to clearly communicate actionable insight across the marketing team
- Great attention to detail with reporting, QA and ad copy while also having an eye on the larger digital marketing strategy
- Strong data analytics skills to extract actionable insights
