Job Summary: We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to independently lead and take ownership of our marketing function. The ideal candidate goes beyond operational execution, bringing a strong background in SEO strategy, paid advertising, and data interpretation. This individual will be responsible for setting the campaign direction, analyzing performance metrics to drive business decisions, and independently managing the full scope of our marketing initiatives to ensure growth and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Ownership: Independently develop, lead, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with broader business objectives, taking full ownership of the marketing function.
SEO & Paid Advertising: Drive the technical and strategic execution of SEO initiatives and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate qualified leads.
Analytics & Performance Interpretation: Deep-dive into marketing metrics, interpret data accurately, and translate analytics into actionable, strategic business decisions.
Campaign Direction: Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, making high-level decisions on budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
Content & Operational Coordination: Oversee the operational execution of the marketing strategy, ensuring content across the website, social media, and email channels remains engaging and on-brand.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and broader market conditions to identify new opportunities for brand expansion and revenue growth.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of independently leading marketing strategies.
Demonstrated expertise in SEO strategy and managing Paid Advertising budgets.
Advanced proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio) with strong performance interpretation skills.
Exceptional ability to work autonomously, taking initiative without requiring constant direction.
Strong critical thinking and broader business decision-making capabilities.
Skills Required
