What you'll be doing

As a Digital Marketing Manager - Social Media & Influencer, you'll play a key role in accelerating Satispay's social media growth and enhancing brand relevance. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Accelerate social media growth – Own the growth of Satispay’s social channels to boost brand relevance and engagement, setting ambitious goals and measuring performance.

• Lead community engagement – Build and nurture high-impact relationships with our audience by driving two-way conversations and turning engagement into measurable business value.

• Stay ahead of the market – Monitor social platforms relentlessly to spot early trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable content strategies.

• Activate top-performing creators – Scout, select, and manage the right influencers to deliver real impact, running campaigns end-to-end and ensuring continuous optimization.

• Support website content quality – Oversee timely updates and content excellence across our website, ensuring blog articles and webpages reflect our brand’s voice and goals. Who we're looking for

• Digital Marketing Experience – Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing focusing on Social Media and Influencers.

• Proficient in B2B and B2C dynamics – Proven track record of successfully engaging B2B and B2C audiences through tailored communication.

• Ownership attitude – Comfortable in a high-performance, analytical, and results-driven environment, taking full responsibility for the impact of your work.

• Delivery powerhouse – Fast-moving and hands-on, switching easily from strategy to execution, thriving on challenges, and proactively seeking solutions.

• Natural bar raiser – Passionate about pushing boundaries, deeply immersed in social media trends, with sharp instincts for what performs and engages. Don't worry if you don't tick every box.
