Who are we looking for: Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for highly talented, self-motivated and creative online marketing genius to help us grow our customer base. Who can create and lead creative Digital Marketing Campaigns at Creators Lab. You must have excellent communication skills.
General Purpose
Researching, Ideating and Driving Online Marketing campaigns to increase our customer base.  Will be focusing on engaging viewers/users on the Internet by driving traffic to our client's websites and our own business. Partnering with other Businesses to benefit mutually. Also you'll be managing SEO and Social Media Marketing.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead generation through SEO & Social Media Marketing for us and clients 
• Improving website location in Google and Bing search results
• Responsible for Website Content Management/ Promotions, Organic Rankings, Analytics & Online Customer Acquisitions Strategies/ Online Sales
• Conducting research & execute on digital strategies like SEO, SMO, AdWords, Display Network, PR and Social Media campaigns for high-end clients
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
• Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
• Provide insight on results, traffic & conversions based on analytics tools
• Recommend SEO/Ad opportunities & steer strategy based on analytics data and keyword research
• Develop and implement online marketing strategies with focus on high growth in revenue and ROI in marketing costs. 
• Make recommendations for content changes to new and existing websites
• Engage in effective link building, Affiliate campaigns and Marketing Partnerships
• Drive the web team to continually adapt to changes in algorithms, technology and marketing techniques
• Create and managing campaigns, coordinates with Team, and generating reports
• Help to create and support marketing content to socialise and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)

Activities:

• Keyword Research: Experience with tools like Word Tracker, Keyword Discovery, Google Adwords Keyword Tool
• Webmaster tools: Google Webmaster Central/ Analytics, Yahoo and Bing Webmaster Center
• Client Interaction: Maintaining client interactions for Client projects on Internet marketing.
• Implement and execute the marketing plans for various online marketing programs including client engagements and interactions.
• Report Generation: Various reports/ MIS generation for clients and for internal use.

Education and Experience

• A college degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or similar field
• Special course in Online Marketing from a good insitute will be an advantage (Optional)
• Preferably with BBA, BBM, BBS, MBA, BE, BCA, PGDM or similar education/knowledge
• Fresher or 1-5 years of experience acceptable
• Must have a laptop of your own
• A scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude that gets high-quality projects done quickly
• Knowledge of MS Office / Google Drive (Docs) and Internet Browsing, Social Networks, Web based tools, etc...

Required Skills

• Understanding of technical aspects of SEO, including search ranking factors, information architecture content optimization, and link building
• Laser-sharp focus on key metrics and driven to deliver quantifiable results
• Have a basic understanding of HTML coding and how websites work
• Hands-on experience on online marketing techniques like search engine optimisation (SEO) & search engine marketing (SEM PPC campaigns) on the web & the mobile platformShould have extensive knowledge of GA and other analytics tools to draw insights
• Should have a creative bent of mind to be capable of coming up with innovate ideas for website design & online user experience
• Strong knowledge on the enhancing brand presence and buzz through social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other emerging social media forums
• Should have excellent communication & presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to create programs that increase revenue and generate customer acquisition, conversion and retention

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of one of the designing tools like Photoshop, AI and Corel Draw would be a bonus point 
• Google Adwords Certification is an added plus to the profile
• Knowledge of In-bound marketing
