Role OverviewWe are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive (2–3 years experience) who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing, content strategy, analytics, and the creative aspects of digital campaigns. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives for both Exsilio’s internal needs and client projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Campaign ManagementPlan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display networks.
Monitor campaign performance, identify improvement opportunities, and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets accordingly.
Assist in building full-funnel acquisition strategies for various client and internal projects.
Manage content calendars and plan engaging content for social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
Write or edit copy for blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, and social media posts.
Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality creatives, videos, and marketing assets.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices.
Work with development and design teams to optimize website performance, UX, and lead-flow.
Track organic performance and recommend improvements in content, internal linking, and technical SEO.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, HubSpot, and other platforms to analyze campaign performance.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights, trends, and recommendations.
Support A/B testing and conversion optimization efforts.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, data analytics, engineering, and client services.
Assist in proposal creation, marketing research, and competitor analysis.
Participate in client calls to understand requirements and contribute to strategy.
2–3 years of experience in digital marketing at an agency, consulting firm, or in-house marketing team.
Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
Experience working with creative teams and technical teams.
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email automation.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager platforms.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
Basic understanding of design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) is a plus.
Strong communication and copywriting abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action.
Creative thinker with attention to detail.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
