Job Summary

Support the execution of Greater China social media and content initiatives across WeChat, Weibo, RED, and Douyin. The role is responsible for executing social media content, coordinating campaigns, supporting influencer collaborations, and monitoring platform performance to drive audience engagement and strengthen Marina Bay Sands' brand presence across the Greater China market.

Job Responsibilities

Chinese Social Media & Content Management

  • Support the day-to-day management and execution of Marina Bay Sands' official Greater China social media platforms, including WeChat, Weibo, RED, and Douyin.
  • Maintain content calendars and coordinate publishing schedules across platforms.
  • Draft, translate, proofread, and localize social media content in Simplified Chinese.
  • Ensure content aligns with approved brand messaging and campaign objectives.

Campaign Execution & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support the execution of integrated social media campaigns promoting Marina Bay Sands' hotel, dining, retail, entertainment, attractions, MICE, and loyalty offerings.
  • Coordinate the development of creative assets, including photography, videography, and social media content required for campaign execution.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to source content, manage approvals, and support campaign delivery.
  • Support social media activations, giveaways, influencer collaborations, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with agencies, KOLs, KOCs, content creators, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign deliverables.

Performance Monitoring & Insights

  • Monitor content performance and campaign effectiveness across WeChat, Weibo, RED, and Douyin.
  • Coordinate with agencies and partners on regular performance reporting, campaign recaps, and market intelligence updates.
  • Track social media trends, platform developments, and competitor activities within the Greater China market.
  • Share key learnings and observations to support future content and campaign planning.
  • Other duties as directed by management

Job Requirements
Education & Certification

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content marketing, communications, or related fields.

Experience

  • Hands-on experience managing Chinese social media platforms, including WeChat, Weibo,RED, and Douyin.
  • Experience in social media content creation, copywriting, content localization, and campaign execution.
  • Experience working with agencies, influencers, KOLs, KOCs, or content creators is preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, luxury, lifestyle, entertainment, or integrated resort industries is an advantage.

Other Prerequisites

  • Knowledge of Greater China digital trends, consumer behaviour, and social media best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Simplified Chinese.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics, content performance metrics, and reporting.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
