We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator/Specialist to join our team, someone who is ready to take on diverse responsibilities and contribute to our digital marketing efforts.

Job Description

The Digital Marketing Coordinator/Specialist will be a key player in managing our digital presence, driving social media engagement, and supporting SEO and content initiatives. We seek an individual with 1-3 years of experience, excellent English proficiency, and a passion for working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to explore various aspects of digital marketing within an agile consultancy. 

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

  • Manage and optimise our WordPress website, ensuring it reflects our brand and supports our strategic goals.
  • Implement and refine SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and performance. 

Social Media Management:

  • Lead the management and growth of our social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent and strategic engagement across platforms. 

Content Creation & SEO:

  • Create, edit, and optimise content for both web and social media, ensuring it is SEO-friendly and aligns with our brand voice.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply best practices in on-page SEO, with a focus on high-quality English content.

Digital Campaign Execution:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they meet defined objectives.
  • Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimisation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other team members in our agile environment to ensure a cohesive digital strategy across all channels.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on WordPress, SEO, and social media.
  • Excellent English proficiency, with strong writing and communication skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment, ideally within a consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Familiarity with paid social campaigns and CRM systems (a plus).
