The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. This role will assist in managing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid media, and web, while helping track performance and optimize results.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and paid channels.
  • Support content creation and distribution for social platforms, newsletters, and digital advertising.
  • Maintain and update websites and landing pages, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare reports and dashboards for the marketing team.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on creative assets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Research digital trends, competitors, and best practices to provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Support SEO and SEM efforts, including keyword research, metadata updates, and performance monitoring.
  • Assist with marketing automation workflows and CRM database management.
  • Provide administrative and project management support to the marketing team as needed.
What Sets You Apart
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of digital marketing or marketing coordination experience.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
  • Interest in digital trends, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Copilot, CLaude); ability to leverage AI to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency.

Compensation Range:
$50,000 – $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
