The Role
MUBI’s Global Digital Marketing team is at the forefront of the MUBI brand and business, assisting with paid acquisition campaigns, film line-up promotion and assisting on upcoming MUBI releases! This is a chance to embed yourself in a fast-paced, high-growth environment at the intersection of technology and film.
We’re looking for someone both passionate and knowledgeable about digital media. With an interest in the evolving digital landscape, our new Digital Marketing Coordinator is someone energetic, collaborative and detail-oriented. We want someone proud of the work they do!
You will focus on:
Assist with the development and management of our digital marketing initiatives globally, particularly across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Programmatic
Plan and traffic marketing assets for our global campaigns and initiatives, varying between seasonal moments. (like our annual Halloween campaign to support the MUBI podcast.)
Create ad copy for marketing assets across all digital platforms
Assist with research, testing, and evaluating of new digital media platforms and opportunities
Brainstorm creative ideas and strategies for content and product marketing initiatives
Interface and communicate with our agency partners
Perform data collection and analysis of campaigns and make recommendations
Coordinate translations of marketing assets
Research and report on competitive trends in the digital marketing ecosystem
What you will bring:
Strong understanding of digital communication technologies and their marketing application
Ability to collect, synthesise, and assess data and clearly communicate results and recommendations
Strong written communication to craft and edit content for ads on a variety of digital platforms.
Capable of working independently, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously whilst regularly reporting to department heads.
Background in an agency, media planning/strategy or digital marketing
Passionate about the digital landscape and their marketing application
Brings fresh thinking and creativity to every stage of the ideation and planning process
Passion for cinema, especially independent, international and classic films.
Proficiency in a second language
It's also a huge plus if you have familiarity with Facebook and Google Ads Manager, but not a must.
