JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking a motivated, creative, and outgoing Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys engaging directly with guests to bring our brand to life. The coordinator will attend on-site events, interact with casino guests, and capture dynamic, real-time content that enhances our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in graphic design and digital content creation, with proficiency in industry-standard design software. This position will also collaborate closely with the Creative Coordinator and may assist with broader branding, advertising campaigns, and promotional initiatives as needed. A passion for storytelling, customer engagement, and branding is essential. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness in driving website traffic, hotel bookings, and gaming activity. 
  •  Develop and publish engaging social media content across all assigned platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, and others) to grow audience engagement and brand awareness for QBRC 
  •  Monitor social media channels and community feedback in real time; respond promptly to guest inquiries, comments, and concerns with accurate and professional communication 
  •  Research and resolve guest issues received via social platforms; escalate complex or ongoing concerns to senior Marketing leadership as appropriate 
  •  Coordinate guest service response efforts by monitoring social media and guest feedback channels; collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution and improvement 
  •  Serve as a point of contact for QBRC website content in coordination with the Creative Coordinator to ensure brand standards are consistently maintained 
  •  Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments to support marketing initiatives and guest engagement efforts 
  •  Coordinate with departmental leaders to capture photography and video of property amenities, events, team members, and nightlife for use across social platforms 
  •  Publish event photo galleries in a timely manner and maintain a library of branded promotional and lifestyle imagery 
  •  Develop and execute social media promotions and contests aligned with defined marketing objectives 
  •  Analyze social media performance and competitive activity; provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach 
  •  Prepare and present social media performance reports and competitive analysis to core Marketing team 
  •  Stay current on social media trends, tools, and advertising strategies to continuously enhance digital presence 
  • Collaborate with the Creative Coordinator to ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives 
  • Assist with digital design and broader marketing initiatives as needed 
  •  Support marketing events, including on-site activation, coordination, and guest engagement 
  •  Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event and business needs 
  •  Perform other duties as assigned
ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AREAS:

Key/access to Marketing and Casino Services 
Player tracking system 
Must maintain the HIGHEST level of confidentiality regarding all marketing administration and proprietary information. The release of trade material, guest data, or any confidential data shall result in immediate action being taken by the Executive Director of Marketing to ensure the enterprise is properly protected. 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design with emphasis on digital creation 
1–3 years of real-world experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation 
Experience working in hospitality, entertainment, casino, or events environment is a plus 
Demonstrated experience creating engaging social media content in a professional setting  
Technical:
Proficiency in graphic design tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) 
Experience with photography, videography, and mobile content creation 
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking tools 
Core Competencies:

Read, write and speak English fluently  
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines 
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and creativity 
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable engaging with guests and the public in a professional and enthusiastic manner 
Preferred:
Experience in Casino Marketing 
Experience interpreting and applying marketing analytics
Familiarity with web content management systems  
 

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
Washington State Gaming and Quinault Tribal License (Class III) 
Washington State Driver’s License in good standing for Company Insurance Policy  

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:(*Constantly, Frequently, Occasionally) While performing these job duties, the employee is regularly required to:
Reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel or crouch
Ability to observe and have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral visions with depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus.  
Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  

WORKING CONDITIONS:
 Work is performed indoors in a thermostatically-controlled office environment with occasional outdoor work being performed
 Exposure to various chemicals used in maintenance of property
 Usually works in a moderate to loud noise level environment when on the casino floor Close space while working with others  
 Work is performed in a professional, fast paced, customer service environment 
 Must be able to de-escalate guest service issues and have the ability to act and react in the best interest of QBRC while maintaining a professional decorum.

Skills Required
