What Will You Do?
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and be the primary contact, understanding their goals and challenges.
- Provide insightful monthly, quarterly and annual reports to clients, track trends, and optimize strategies.
- Conduct client interviews to gather key insights for content & web development projects.
- Upsell existing clients and assist in acquiring new clients.
- Oversee client projects, ensuring the team delivers high-quality work on time.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a marketing agency.
- Can articulate well and speak English at a professional level (IELTS Band 9, CEFR C2, or native).
- Have a natural passion and knowledge of digital marketing.
Work-timings:
- Able to provide at least 6 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).
