- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic and digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Assist in content creation, including blogs, website copy, infographics, and video scripts.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to enhance strategies.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content marketing
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms
- Experience with graphic design tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
