Digital Marketing Assistant

WOLO Travel is looking for a hands-on and digitally confident Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Team.

We’re looking for someone with practical experience across websites, email marketing or digital platforms who enjoys working with technology, solving problems and making sure things work as they should.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of WOLO’s website, email marketing, lead capture forms and other digital activity, working closely with the wider Marketing Team to get campaigns live accurately and on time.

• Build and update campaign, destination and promotional pages in WordPress
  
• Maintain website content including imagery, offers, links and calls-to-action
  
• Apply tracking links where required and test pages across desktop and mobile
  
• Identify straightforward website issues and escalate more technical requirements where needed
  

• Build, test and schedule promotional emails and newsletters
  
• Populate approved copy, imagery, products, offers and links
  
• Maintain basic campaign lists, segments and straightforward automated email journeys
  
• Test emails and customer journeys before launch to ensure everything works correctly
  

• Build and maintain online forms using WordPress, Zoho Forms and other relevant tools
  
• Configure fields, validation and basic conditional logic
  
• Embed forms into website pages and support connections into Zoho CRM or Zoho Desk
  
• Test submissions and lead capture journeys end-to-end and troubleshoot straightforward issues
  

Ideally, you’ll have:

• 1–2 years’ relevant work experience in digital marketing, website management, email marketing or a similar role
  
• A relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Information Systems, E-commerce or a related field
  
• Practical experience using WordPress or another website CMS
  
• Experience building marketing emails and working with online forms or CRM platforms
  
• A basic understanding of how websites, email platforms, forms and CRM systems work together
  

Experience with Zoho, basic HTML/CSS, campaign tracking or website analytics would be advantageous.

You’ll help give the Marketing Team greater digital delivery capacity and make sure our campaigns move smoothly from creative and content into working customer-facing digital experiences.
