The Digital Marketing & Product Specialist leverages creative and analytical skills to develop content and support initiatives across product pages, digital platforms, trade shows, and product launches. This role collaborates closely with product management, product development, and sales teams, while also supporting distributor and representative marketing efforts through digital tools, campaigns, and materials.

Digital Marketing

  • Design and develop brand assets, including graphic elements, website content, and promotional materials that align with brand standards
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising)
  • Assist in the production of product videos, photography, and 3D renderings
  • Create and deploy digital assets such as product page content, specification sheets, email campaigns, and informational copy
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across its brand portfolio
  • Maintain and evolve brand standards and guidelines to ensure consistency
  • Analyze campaign and website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide actionable insights
  • Write, proofread, and edit both creative and technical content across various platforms

Product Management Support

  • Collaborate with product teams to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to inform business decisions
  • Support product launches, updates, and lifecycle management initiatives
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements or design enhancements
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with industry regulations and internal standards

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, product management, and design teams to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives
  • Support integrated branding and communication strategies across all digital touchpoints
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, trade show activities, and product information release schedules

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Industrial Design, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, product management, user experience, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

  • Ability to sit for extended periods on a daily basis
  • Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stretch within a typical office and manufacturing environment
  • Ability to use a computer and phone for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. on an occasional basis
  • Mobility to move and communicate effectively throughout all areas of the facility
  • Ability to walk through a manufacturing environment with exposure to wood dust, lacquer, metal dust, and related materials
  • Ability to work in environments with seasonal temperature variations, including hot and cold conditions

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit/walk/stand for extended periods of time on a daily basis

• Ability to lift/reach/bend/stretch in manufacturing environment

• Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time on a daily basis

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
