Digital Marketer

Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, promote Devtraco properties, and drive sales. The role requires expertise in social media marketing, content creation, digital advertising, SEO, email marketing, and analytics. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Plan and execute campaigns to promote residential, commercial, hospitality, and investment properties. Identify market opportunities and trends in real estate and property investment. Lead Generation & Conversion Generate high-quality sales leads through digital channels. Create and optimize landing pages, lead funnels, and online property campaigns. Work closely with the Sales Team to improve lead conversion rates. Implement retargeting strategies to nurture prospective buyers and investors. Social Media Management Manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Create engaging content showcasing properties, project updates, client testimonials, virtual tours, and lifestyle experiences. Grow online communities and increase audience engagement. Paid Advertising Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display advertising campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting. Content Creation & Branding Develop compelling content including blogs, email newsletters, videos, brochures, and property feature articles. Coordinate photography, videography, drone shoots, and virtual tours of developments. Ensure consistency of the Devtraco Plus brand across all digital channels. SEO & Website Management Improve website rankings through SEO best practices. Update property listings, project information, and digital assets on the company website. Monitor website performance and user experience. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition.
