Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement integrated digital media strategies across search, social, programmatic, and display advertising to achieve business and client objectives.
Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and setup to optimization and performance analysis, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary client contact for digital media initiatives, providing strategic guidance and ensuring seamless execution.
Performance & Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, leveraging data analytics and insights to drive optimization and maximize ROI.
Budget & Revenue Management: Manage digital media budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and providing accurate revenue forecasting aligned with business goals.
Process & Efficiency Improvement: Develop process documentation, campaign reporting frameworks, and billing structures to enhance operational efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation in digital media execution and strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital media planning and execution, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in an agency environment.
Professional Skills:
Expertise in digital media platforms, including SEM, social, programmatic, and display advertising.
Strong data analytics skills with experience in performance measurement tools.
Proficiency in budget planning, forecasting, and media investment optimization.
Excellent client management, communication, and presentation abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and media tracking platforms.
Key Competencies:
Proven track record in digital campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams effectively.
