Job Description:

  • Execute and oversee Digital Payments operational metrics across Bill Payments and Transfers product(s) ensuring timely and consistent monitoring and reporting across the portfolio.
  • Design, enhance, and proactively evaluate metrics and key risk indicators to identify emerging risks, assess control effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to develop new metrics and monitoring capabilities that align with evolving products, customer experiences, and risk priorities.
  • Lead issue identification, investigation, and resolution efforts when metrics indicate potential problems, coordinating corrective actions and tracking outcomes to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other cross-functional partners to implement effective monitoring frameworks, support business objectives, and ensure risk mitigation strategies remain effective.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in metrics, operations, analytics, risk, controls, product, process management, or related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify emerging trends, anomalies, and risk indicators through detailed data analysis and metric evaluation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to investigate and break down complex problems, challenge assumptions, and uncover underlying drivers of performance and risk.
  • Proven ability to lead root cause analysis efforts across complex processes and systems
  • Demonstrated ability to drive problem remediation from identification through resolution, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively and risks are appropriately mitigated.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to synthesize complex findings, clearly explain problems and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams, and influence action across multiple organizations.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range$93,000.00 - $140,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
